Health coaching is most effective when you're ready to make long-lasting changes to your lifestyle - not just looking for a quick fix. 

 

For this reason health coaching is best looked at as a journey, not a sprint!  My Back to Basics programme is a three month commitment designed to support real, sustainable change and will help you invest in your long-term wellbeing.  If you aren't ready to commit, then my Mini-Reboot offers an introduction to health coaching so you can get a feel for the process before making a longer-term commitment.

Back to Basics

Incorporating:​

  • ​90 minute initial consultation​ with full health history, identifying your main goals,

  • 6 x 45 minutes follow up sessions,​ every two weeks, focused on your main goals and education around key lifestyle pillars,

  • Personalised action plan and one to one support on habit change,

  • Email support between sessions​,

  • ​Resources for you to keep and use such as food diary, sleep diary, food planning tools, recipe ideas.

​

Ideal if you need help identifying your main health and wellbeing goals, and a supportive coach along side you as you make changes to your lifestyle, keeping you on track.

Mini-Reboot

Incorporating:​

  • ​90 minute initial consultation​ with full health history, identifying your main goals,

  • 1 x 45 minutes follow up session after two weeks, focused on your main goals and education around key lifestyle pillars,

  • Personalised action plan and one to one support on habit change​.

A quick programme with sessions focused on your main goals.  Ideal if you want to try out health coaching and are committed to changing but need some help getting started.

​

​​Duration: 2 weeks

For Business

One to one coaching described above is suitable for the workplace to improve employee wellbeing.​

​

I offer lunch and learn presentations, delivered online, or in-person for London based businesses.

Topics covered can include:

  • What is a balanced diet,

  • How to improve your sleep,

  • Stress management,

  • The importance of exercise and movement,

  • Boosting immunity,  

  • Healthy habits for perimenopause and menopause.

​

These can form a series of talks as part of a wellbeing programme or as a one-off.
